Eric has advised companies and governmental entities on corporate law in several industries including energy, real estate, medical device, computer hardware and software, publishing and printing, healthcare, and food production.
He has taken the lead in advising clients on debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, sales and distribution arrangements, and land acquisition and development.
Eric is a registered lobbyist and has developed innovative legislative solutions to further clients’ business and organizational objectives.
Eric helps clients set internal policies and negotiate external contracts that facilitate business transactions while protecting their interests.
