Erin Frazee Masini represents clients that do business with local, state and federal government, providing counsel on a full range of public procurement law matters as well as contract interpretation and disputes.
She has experience litigating bid protests and interventions before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and defending appeals before the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA). She has also handled appeals before the Small Business Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA).
Erin also handles commercial litigation, licensing, investigations, corporate due diligence involving mergers and acquisitions, audits and compliance matters.
She has extensive experience with the U.S. Department of Commerce, serving as lead procurement counsel for the International Trade Administration, Minority Business Development Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Western Region.
Before joining Fox Rothschild, Erin was an associate in the Washington, DC office of a national law firm. She was previously an attorney in the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of the General Counsel. Erin also clerked for the Honorable Gale E. Rasin of the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
During law school, Erin interned for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva, Switzerland. She was also a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph F. Anderson of the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina. Erin served as an editor for the University of Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender and Class.
Erin works with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), a legal services organization that provides pro bono representation to unaccompanied immigrant and refugee children.
While attending law school, Erin clerked for the Harriet Lane Clinic’s Project HEAL (Health, Education, Advocacy and Law) at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center, providing free legal assistance related to housing, family law and education to low-income clients.
