Gabriel Garcia

Gabriel Nieto Garcia is an attorney licensed in Texas and in Mexico that graduated from the Universidad de Monterrey School of Law and Social Sciences in Monterrey, Mexico. After graduation, he worked as an associate in a corporate law firm in the city of Monterrey.

In 2014, he relocated to Los Angeles, California, and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law’s Masters of Laws program. At the UCLA School of Law, he obtained his LLM degree, with a concentration in business law in 2015.

Mr. Nieto Garcia also attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, in Madrid Spain, where he obtained a summer program certification in European law.

Throughout his education in the Universidad de Monterrey School of Law and Social Sciences, he interned with a law firm and assisted in tax law litigation matters. He also interned in a corporate law firm where he handled contract and immigration matters. Working in immigration matters sparked an interest in that area of law for him.

Mr. Nieto Garcia was admitted to the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, LLM Program. He has acquired extensive experience in immigration law, and understands the inner workings of immigration and criminal law. Gabriel Nieto Garcia, Esq. is fluent in both English and Spanish.
