Greg Gaylis

Greg Gaylis is an associate in the Health Care practice and a resident of the Atlanta office. Greg’s practice focuses on representing health care providers and entities in a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, professional services arrangements, leases, corporate governance and general contracting.

Greg also provides guidance on compliance with the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
