Jacob Adam Regar is a personal injury & consumer law attorney. He represents plaintiffs in cases involving personal injury, automobile dealership fraud, and the lemon law in the San Fernando Valley and the Coachella Valley.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Sonoma State University. Jacob went to law school at the University Of La Verne College Of Law in Ontario, CA, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree.
After graduating law school and passing the California Bar Examination, Jacob was hired as an associate attorney at his father’s well known law firm, Barry Regar A Professional Law Corporation.
He advanced quickly in the practice and art of prosecuting personal injury cases because he was under the constant mentorship of his father, a veteran trial attorney. Although Jacob runs his own law practice, he still works closely with his father on many cases and remains of counsel to his father’s firm.
In 2010, Jacob, was admitted to practice as an Attorney and Counselor of the United States District Court Central District of California. He is proud to be a plaintiffs’ attorney because he is passionate about consumer rights. He believes strongly in practicing the highest ethics, both in his personal and professional life.
This is the reason that he is a member of Consumer Attorneys Association Of Los Angeles, an association of plaintiffs lawyers that fight for the rights of victims who have been harmed by unscrupulous corporations, like large insurance companies and manufacturers of defective products.
Jacob is also a proud member of National Association of Consumer Advocates. This nationwide association includes over 1,500 attorney members who fight for the rights of consumers that have been victimized by fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices.
As an Encino, CA consumer law attorney, Jacob represents car buyers who have been ripped off by unscrupulous car dealerships. Additionally, he accepts cases against vehicle manufacturers who unlawfully refuse to reacquire defective vehicles pursuant to California’s Lemon Law.
