Jessica England is an associate in King & Spalding’s Austin office and a member of the Trial and Global Disputes Practice Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes.
Her experience includes litigating class actions, contract disputes, defending consumer and securities fraud class actions, and representing companies and their directors and officers in securities litigation.
Ms. England earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Managing Online Content Editor on the Editorial Board of the Texas Law Review. Prior to her work at King & Spalding, Ms. England participated in the Actual Innocence Clinic, clerked at the Attorney General’s Office of Texas, and interned at the Texas Supreme Court. Ms. England earned her B.A. degree, with honors, in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
