Ms. Jill Ann Jacobs is an intellectual property attorney with experience in domestic and international trademark, copyright, and unfair competition matters, and related litigation. Her practice includes counseling and prosecution, focusing primarily on the selection, clearance, registration, and maintenance of trademarks and service marks.
Her practice also includes litigation and enforcement of trademarks and trade names in the United States and abroad. Ms. Jacobs has experience in infringement litigation in state and federal courts in the United States and in inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Ms. Jacobs is also experienced in domain name dispute resolution and has represented clients in connection with numerous Internet-related intellectual property issues, including the registration of domain names and the protection and enforcement of copyrights and trademarks over the Internet.
