Mr. John McKenna’s practice focuses on civil litigation, primarily the representation of landlords and property managers of residential and commercial real estate. This practice includes landlord-tenant disputes, regulatory compliance issues, and appearances for daily trials and hearings.
Mr. McKenna also has experience in construction and commercial litigation, including the drafting of pretrial motions, license agreements, and legal memoranda. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McKenna worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Dugan, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
During that time he gained valuable experience drafting opinions, orders, and legal analysis for a wide variety of civil, criminal, and family matters. John holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
