Jonathan B. Marin counsels and defends insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.
Jonathan has represented clients including a major metropolitan transportation authority, a multinational insurance corporation, the world’s largest package delivery company, and a major home improvement supplies retailer.

Jonathan has cross-examined and deposed medical and lay witnesses; evaluated claims and advised claims managers and examiners of compensability issues; prepared documentation for denying claims; and drafted memoranda, administrative appeals, and rebuttals.
