Josh Kristal is an associate attorney in our Mesothelioma and Asbestos Litigation group. He began with our firm as a paralegal prior to attending Rutgers University School of Law. While at Rutgers, Mr. Kristal distinguished himself by being named to the Dean’s List for high academic achievement.
Mr. Kristal also participated in the school’s Children’s Justice Clinic, where he represented juveniles arrested and charged with offenses in Camden County, New Jersey. His time at Rutgers further included involvement in its Civil Practice Clinic where he represented clients in a variety of civil matters.
Additionally, while in law school, Mr. Kristal worked at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Defender Association of Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
