Stephen C. Hsu

Stephen C. Hsu is an accomplished trial attorney who has engaged in his own general law practice in Chicago and its collar counties after practicing at a plaintiff’s litigation firm where he first-chaired 22 jury trials (18 to successful verdicts), followed by a medical malpractice defense firm representing Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and serving as local counsel for Chase Bank, numerous law firms, and companies in China/Taiwan.

Steve handles all types of civil litigation cases, as well as residential and commercial real estate, corporate law, creditor’s rights, insurance/foreclosure defense, probate/estate planning, medical malpractice/personal injury, and family law.
