Judith Y. Kim is an associate in Venable’s Nonprofit Organizations Practice in Washington, DC. She advises nonprofit organizations, including public charities, private foundations, trade and professional associations, and other nonprofit organizations on a wide variety of legal matters, including tax exemption, corporate governance, and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Venable, Judith worked at a Boston law firm, where she concentrated her practice on the corporate, transactional, and tax needs of charter schools and non-profit organizations.
Judith graduated from the Boston University School of Law. While in law school, she served as an articles editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
