Katelynn M. Williams is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. She represents employers before state, federal, and administrative bodies in a wide variety of labor and employment-related claims, including retaliation, discrimination, non-compete, and wage & hour matters.
Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Williams was an associate at a Wisconsin-based employment litigation firm, where she focused on employee benefit and wage & hour disputes.
Education :
Ms. Williams earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D., magna cum laude, 2015), where she was a note and comments editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in economics and finance (B.S., 2010).
Admissions :
Ms. Williams is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
