Katie S. Rabinowitz is an associate in the Global Insurance Department in Philadelphia and is part of the firm’s Long-Term Care Insurance Practice. Katie focuses her practice on both first-party and third-party complex liability coverage, and assists clients in a wide range of litigation, pre-litigation, and regulatory disputes.
Katie serves as a member of the Intercompany Long-Term Care Insurance Association (ILTCI) as well as the Long-Term Care Fraud Forum. Katie earned her law degree, cum laude, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
Katie was a member of the Dean’s List, managing editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, a teaching assistant for first year Legal Research and Writing, and a research assistant for Mindful Lawyering: Interviewing, Counseling, and Negotiating.
Katie also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
