Kent Aaron Gibson

Kent Aaron Gibson is the Owner of Gibson Law PLC where he focuses his legal practice on Business Formation and Planning, Traffic Violations and DUI, Estate Planning, Family Law, Criminal Defense and General Practice.

Kent has practiced law in Rockbridge County, the City of Lexington, and surrounding areas and has handled a broad spectrum of legal work.

Kent is a magna cum laude graduate of the George Mason University School of Law. He grew up in Colorado and had his undergraduate Sat Fresno Pacific University, where he studied Business Administration and English.

At law school, Kent served as an Editor of the Law Review and was privileged to teach Legal Research and writing to first year law students. Kent also served in the Domestic Relations Legal clinic.

After earning his law degree, Kent had his judicial clerkship with the Honorable Bruce D. White of the Fairfax County Circuit Court for two years. He also devoted one year doing complex Land Use and Zoning Litigation in northern Virginia.

Gibson Law proudly serves the Counties of Rockbridge, Alleghany, Bath, Botetourt, and Augusta. His practice also covers the cities of Lexington, Buena Vista, Covington, Clifton Forge, Fincastle, Staunton, and Waynesboro.
