Kimberly A.S. Utesch

Kimberly A.S. Utesch believes that it is her job to help you navigate the often challenging legal system and created her firm to help you with your legal issues, whether those issues require help in order to protect your child, your family’s future, or your financial interests.

Ms. Utesch founded Utesch Law, LLC in Colorado in September 2012 and focuses her practice primarily on family law–handling divorces, post-decree matters, child support, custody disputes, adoptions, dependency and neglect actions, and protection orders.

Ms. Utesch is a Child and Family Investigator and is taking cases all along the front range and the plains of Colorado. Ms. Utesch can also assist you with your alternative dispute resolution needs, be it through a collaborative law process or mediation.

Ms. Utesch can also assist you with your bankruptcy and real estate matters, including landlord/tenant disputes.

Ms. Utesch has a long-standing connection to Colorado and has been a resident of Colorado since 1974. She obtained a Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.

During law school, Ms. Utesch completed an internship with The Honorable Angela Arkin who recently retired from the bench having presided over a domestic relations docket in Douglas County, Colorado. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Utesch was a paralegal for some of the largest law firms in the Denver metro area.

Ms. Utesch was also a volunteer probation officer for the City of Aurora, Colorado. All of this experience makes Ms. Utesch uniquely qualified to deliver personal and creative solutions for your legal matters.
