Laurianne Falcone

Laurianne Falcone is a Shareholder and Attorney at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, PC, an exclusively Defense Litigation firm. Laurianne is a Civil Litigation (defense) attorney who represents clients in premises liability matters, personal injury matters, among others. Her clientele include homeowners, retailers, business owners and government entities.

Laurianne studied at Temple University Beasley School of Law. She graduated in 2000 (J.D). She also attended Ursinus College where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in 1997.

She was admitted to legal practice in 2000 and has since been licensed to practise law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Laurie previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gene D. Cohen in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County where she gained valuable experience writing judicial opinions, observing trials and preparing lecture materials for the National Judicial College.

She provides legal services covering Civil Litigation-Defense. Laurianne is also a certified arbitrator in Philadelphia.

Laurianne Falcone was selected to Rising Stars for 2005 – 2008 and 2013 – 2015.

She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel.
