Lily E. Adam handles a wide range of labor and employment matters. She has represented and counseled a diverse group of public and private sector employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured entities, in matters involving workers’ compensation and reimbursement/contribution claims, among other issues.
Prior to joining Fox, Lily worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney in the Oakland, California office of a national law firm and at two California-based firms. She also worked as a labor and employment law attorney at a small California-based firm.
Upon graduating from law school, Lily worked at the King Hall Outreach Program (KHOP) as a post-graduate fellow. KHOP is a UC Davis School of Law initiative that helps college students from underrepresented communities prepare for the law school admissions process.
While in law school, Lily was a member of the Business Law Journal and served as the business and logistics chair of the Journal of International Law and Policy. She was also treasurer of the Women’s Law Association.
