Maguette Ndiaye Eluyode is an Associate at Fragomen’s Phoenix office, where she represents Fortune 500 companies in a range of sectors, including technology and pharmaceutical. Maguette began her career at Fragomen in 2014 as a law clerk supporting immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions.
Maguette has played an integral role in the Phoenix office’s National Interest Waiver practice and has experience handling O-1 extraordinary ability nonimmigrant visa petitions. She also has experience in litigation and in various areas of criminal defense, including crimmigration.
During law school, Maguette participated in the University of Arizona’s Immigration Law Clinic. She also worked for the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project, where she assisted immigrant detainees with asylum cases, Convention Against Torture (CAT) claims, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) claims, U-visa applications, deportation and Board of Immigration appeals.
Maguette speaks English, French and Wolof.
