Marc D. Pacin

Marc Pacin is a Founding Partner of Pacin Levine, P.A. He has extensive experience in all areas of civil litigation. His practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, car accidents, trucking accidents, Uber and Lyft accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, daycare abuse, personal injury protection, negligent security, catastrophic injury, bad faith, worker’s compensation, and employment disputes.

Marc earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. After law school, Marc immediately earned invaluable court room experience working at Wadsworth Huott, LLP, an insurance defense firm.

While an attorney at Wadsworth Huott, LLP, Marc handled catastrophic injury cases, trucking accident cases, wrongful death cases and slip and falls on behalf of insurance companies.

This paved the way for Marc to become a successful civil litigation attorney who now represents individuals against these large insurance companies and financial institutions to ensure his clients receive the compensation they deserve.

Marc made a name for himself as a young attorney when he took on a daycare whose employees were abusing children under ten years old. The case had previously been turned down by several attorneys. The case received significant local media attention and ultimately resulted in the daycare being shut down and justice for the families.

Marc grew up in Miami, Florida and has always remained dedicated to his local community. Marc is married with two children. When he is not zealously representing his clients you can find him on the soccer and baseball fields with his kids.
