Maria Kamille Chua Go joined Fragomen as an Associate in 2017 after serving as a Law Clerk with the Washington, DC office during law school. She assists clients with a wide range of U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including complex employment-based permanent residency applications, intracompany transferee visas and specialty occupation visas.
Kamille has handled visa matters for clients from various sectors, including major research institutions and multinational consulting firms.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kamille served as a Legal Fellow with the Legal Aid Societyin New York City, where she helped victims of abuse and trafficking apply for T and U visas.
During law school, Kamille was an active member of her school’s chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project and a National Semifinalist at the 2015 ABA Arbitration Competition in Chicago. She also participated in the 2015 New York University Immigration Law Moot Court Competition, where she won Best Brief.
Kamille also interned with the Honorable Frederic Block of the Eastern District Court of New York; the Appellate and District Court Divisions of the Office of Immigration Litigation at the Department of Justice; the International Labor Affairs Office at the Department of State; and the Legal Aid Society’s Immigration Law Unit in New York City.
In recognition of her public service work in immigration law, she has received scholarship and fellowship awards from the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of DC.
Kamille speaks English and Spanish.
