Maureen Carroll

Maureen E. Carroll has experience in a range of litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, employment and disability discrimination, labor disputes, bankruptcy, civil rights, fair debt collection, copyright and trademark infringement and tort claims.

Before joining the firm, Maureen was an associate at a Denver law firm. She also worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Marcia S. Krieger of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and for the Honorable Robert M. Russel of the Colorado Court of Appeals.

During law school, Maureen was a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She also worked as a summer associate for an intellectual property law firm in Philadelphia.

In addition, she served as managing editor of student work for the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Journal and as a VITA Tax Clinic volunteer.
