Meagan Burns

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I am an Attorney and Partner at The Burns Law Firm in Benton. I practice with my husband and father-in-law. My practice is primarily comprised of criminal defense, appeals, bankruptcy, and legal research and writing for other attorneys.

My two goals as an attorney are to be dedicated and honest at all times, and to help my clients and take care of them as I would a friend or relative. Too often, lawyers forget the trust their communities and clients place in them, which is why I consider it a top priority to earn the respect of others in the legal community by always being honest and professional. I also care deeply about my clients.

I went to law school because I knew I had the ability to use my skills and knowledge to help others. When I take a case, I am accepting a client with the hope that I will make a real difference in that person’s life. My mission is to make your life better than it was when you hired me, and to make you feel like you’ve made a new friend along the way.
