Michael (Mike) A. Snyder’s litigation experience includes representation of manufacturers, energy companies, commercial landlords and franchisors in all aspects of commercial and business litigation. He has experience successfully handling a wide variety of complex litigation matters including business and franchise disputes; environmental litigation under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act; regulatory disputes and challenges to administrative regulations and statutes, commercial real estate disputes, tort cases and workplace safety actions.
Mike has successfully represented individuals; small businesses; large corporations and non-profit entities in federal and state courts and before a wide variety of state and federal administrative agencies and adjudicatory bodies including the U.S. Environmental Appeals Board; Ohio Environmental Review Commission; Ohio EPA; Ohio Liquor Control Commission; Ohio Department of Agriculture; Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission; Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and the Industrial Commission of the State of Ohio.
