Mikaela Stone focuses her practice on complex patent litigation, both in U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board. Her technical background allows her to achieve a level of understanding necessary to develop a winning case strategy.
Mikaela Stone is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Denver office and a member of the Trial and Global Disputes Practice Group. She has litigated matters in district court and before the PTAB involving a variety of technologies, including enterprise storage hardware systems, cybersecurity, wireless networks, and downhole drilling tools.
Prior to law school, Mikaela conducted research in mathematical epidemiology and constructed hardware for the gamma-ray based Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System. Her previous studies have equipped her with broad knowledge in physical, chemical, and biological sciences.
