Mike Gossler concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and bankruptcy/creditor-debtor law. His considerable experience in the field of commercial litigation is derived from having litigated a broad array of business and real estate disputes before both judges and juries.
He also represents both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases and related bankruptcy litigation. His practice in the creditor-debtor area covers the entire range of disputes which arise in bankruptcy cases, including the representation of secured creditors, landlords, unsecured creditors, and debtors, as well as prosecuting and defending dischargeability claims.
Mr. Gossler is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Washington, as well as before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Gossler has also been admitted to appear in individual cases in the state and federal courts of most of the western states and the State of Alaska.
