In the early 1980s, teacher and sign language interpreter Nancy Siples Brumbeloe (Nicky) began asking questions about newly implemented special education laws. Recognizing a need for advocates in this field led Nicky to law school. Since then, she has practiced law in three states in both civil and criminal courts.
As a result, Nicky has a wide range of experience many attorneys do not achieve. Nicky joined Daniel Coker Horton & Bell, P.A. in 2000. Although Nicky’s practice is now dedicated almost exclusively to civil defense litigation, she has a special insight in school-related cases and family law matters.
