Mr. Holly graduated from The John Marshall Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2015), where he was an Hon. Howard T. Markey Distinguished Scholar and elected to the Order of John Marshall.
He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in intellectual property survey, constitutional law II & remedies. He also received multiple dean’s list honors and was an editor of The John Marshall Law School Review of Intellectual Property.
Mr. Holly received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in computer engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (B.S., 2001), minoring in mathematics.

Mr. Holly is registered as a patent agent to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
