Peter L. Crema is a litigator who devotes his practice to commercial and business litigation. He joined the firm from Hinshaw & Culbertson in 2013. Peter works with small to mid-size businesses and business owners in an effort to help them avoid litigation; however, when litigation is imminent, Peter is an experienced litigator in a wide variety of matters.
He has tried cases in family law, personal injury and real estate, including mechanic’s liens, breach of conveyance contracts, breach of lease contracts, homeowners’ arbitrations, ERISA litigation and labor and employment matters. He has also successfully tried cases involving commercial contract disputes.
