For more than two decades, Rick J. Rubin has focused his practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law. He represents a range of clients — including financial institutions, insurance companies, homebuilders and owners and developers of commercial real property — in acquisitions, sales, loans, leases, foreclosures, titles and other transactional matters.
Rick also works side by side with businesses as they grow, handling financing and development, environmental issues, land use and other governmental matters. Prior to joining Fox, Rick was a shareholder in Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul.
During law school, he served as business manager and editor of the Colorado Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Rick is also a former assistant to U.S. Congressman Timothy E. Wirth.
Rick serves as a lecturer to the University of Colorado School of Law and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
