Rob Moreno is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice primarily focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies from formation to sale. He works with a number of technology enterprises, with an emphasis on those in the energy, social media, consumer, and sustainability sectors.
He also represents venture capital and private equity funds that invest in early-stage companies. Rob has experience in many areas of corporate and securities law, including corporate formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity financings.
His practice also includes advising companies in connection with raising capital through private and public debt and equity financings, including their initial public offerings. Prior to joining the firm, Rob practiced corporate law in San Francisco.
