Robert Kevin O’Brien II

Robert Kevin O’ Brien II is an attorney practicing from both the Glendale and Peoria offices of the KTO Law Firm, also called Keist Thurston O’Brien Attorneys & Counselors at Law. He holds the license to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in the State of Arizona.

His practice areas include estate planning, family law, personal injury, criminal defense, bankruptcy & debt, and probate.

He has obtained the membership of professional associations such as the Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau, State and Local Bar Associations, and Glendale Rotary.

He has earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government: Strategic Intelligence from the Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, Virginia in the year 2007. He went on to attend the Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in Law in 2014. He passed the bar exam in the same year.

Kevin started his legal career as an analyst with the legal departments of large corporations. He performed spend analysis and implemented back-end systems to improve efficiency while working there.

He went on to join the law firm Keist Thurston O’Brien P.C. in the year 2016. His initial plan was to expand the estate planning practice of the firm and offer comprehensive solutions for wealth transfers and end of life preparations to the firm’s clients.

He later expanded his practice and started assisting the victims of personal injury cases as well as litigating family and civil law cases. He also began focusing on practice areas like criminal law and bankruptcy.

As he cares about his clients, he aims to help the whole person and not just address a legal issue. He provides counsel to his clients in many of their life’s difficult times so that they can live mindfully and achieve their life’s goals.
