Ryan Frazier

Ryan Frazier is a partner in Lewis Brisbois’ Sacramento Office and manages the Workers’ Compensation team in that office. He has fifteen years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation Practice area, and has worked for a wide range of employers and insurers on a wide variety of issues.

Past and current clients include public entities, such as school districts, permissibly self-insured employers in retail, construction and food service businesses and a wide range of insurers both large and small. Ryan’s clients include multiple Fortune 500 companies, including companies within the top 10.

Ryan handles Workers’ Compensation claims, assisting his clients in ensuring only appropriate benefits (if any) are paid, from the first report of injury to trial, and also handles subrogation, protecting his client’s right to reimbursements, credits and liens through trial.
