Ryan Luna

Ryan Luna is a Waco-based personal injury attorney dedicated to helping the people in his community. As Oscar Wilde once said, “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” Ryan knew very early on that he wanted to become an attorney.

Coming from a long line of attorneys and judges, he took to heart the lessons they provided. His family instilled in him the importance of honor and competence—truly embodying the spirit of an attorney.

Ryan knew very early on that he wanted to be just like them one day. That is why he choose a career that centers serving others. Now that he is an attorney, Ryan understands the satisfaction the attorneys in his family felt when a client’s life improves because of his expert legal service.

Ryan’s has helped victims of oilfield and other workplace injuries, products liability, burn injuries and vicious animal attacks. He has also successfully represented clients in premises liability, dram shop, wrongful death and auto crashes including DWI injuries, car wrecks and trucking collisions.

Ryan Luna is a compassionate attorney who cares about what happens to his clients. His compassion drives him to work tirelessly on behalf of his clients to build strong cases. This passion has resulted in many successful resolutions and satisfied clients.

Before coming to The Carlson Law Firm, Ryan served as a Law Clerk for the Attorney General of Texas. He also interned for the Texas House of Representatives and the Supreme Court of Texas.

Ryan is a graduate of Baylor Law School; he also received his B.B.A. from Baylor. He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2016. Ryan is licensed to practice in Texas, including the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas.

He is a member of several professional organizations including Texas Trial Lawyer Association, McLennan County Young LAwyer Association, McLennan County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Federalist Society, Christian Legal Society and the Christian Trial Lawyer Association.

When Ryan isn’t busy at the office, he likes to spend his time with his wife and three children. He enjoys reading, serving his community and playing golf. Ryan summited one of the tallest mountains in the continental United States.
