S. Bradley Houck

Brad Houck was born and raised in a small coal mining town in Mullens, West Virginia. He attended Marshall University and graduated with honors in 1993 earning a BA degree in criminal justice. Brad attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, graduating with highest honors and as valedictorian of his class in 1997.

After law school Brad worked for attorney Tommy Malone handling catastrophic personal injury cases and serving as Malone’s second chair at trial.

After starting his own law firm in 2003, Brad has served as lead counsel in dozens of cases involving medical malpractice, car/truck wrecks and premises liability.

Brad lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and two children.
