Sandor A. Callahan is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Los Angeles office. Sandor’s experience includes matters focusing on complex civil litigation, including contractual disputes and class actions in the fields of false advertising and labor and employment.
He is also knowledgeable of the legal requirements and procedures for processing nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, and adjustment of status applications.
His representative matters range from preparation of L-1 intracompany transfer petitions for managers and specialized knowledge professionals to assisting in the review of immigration programs for multinational corporations. Sandor also has experience in drafting EB-1 immigration visa petitions for managers.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Sandor served as a Peace Corps volunteer in China and is conversant in Mandarin. During his time at Georgetown Law, he served as president of the student body.
