Stanley S. Jaspan is a partner and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Jaspan counsels and represents employers in employment and labor law matters such as collective bargaining, benefit and health care programs, employment contracts, retirement plans, unemployment compensation and wage and hour laws, and handles employment litigation in state and federal courts, and before various administrative agencies.
He is a current member and past chair of the Labor & Employment Practice. In 1999, he was appointed managing partner of the firm, responsible for the full range of attorney personnel matters and involved in firm strategic development.
Education :
Mr. Jaspan was awarded his bachelor’s degree by Cornell University – School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1968 and his law degree by Yale University in 1971. He was elected to membership in Phi Kappa Phi, and served as managing editor of the Yale Law Journal in 1970 – 1971.
Admissions : Mr. Jaspan is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and New York.
