
Thomas Barton Siniard was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, he attended the University of Alabama School of Law.
While in law school, he served as Senior Editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession, a publication focusing on legal ethics and professionalism. Mr. Siniard was a member of the law school Civil Clinic providing free legal services to impoverished residents of Tuscaloosa County.
After obtaining his J.D., Mr. Siniard returned to Huntsville to serve injured people in the Tennessee Valley. He currently continues to represent indigent clients on a pro bono basis through the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program.
He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Alabama and the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
Mr. Siniard’s primary practice areas include: Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Collisions, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Neglect and Abuse, Wrongful Death, and Premises Liability. He is married to Emily Randolph Siniard.
