Vivian Wang is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Washington, D.C. office. She is currently assisting on a broad range of matters, including Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigation, Antitrust, and SEC Enforcement.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Vivian started her career at an international law firm in Beijing, China, where she participated in foreign direct investments in China and Chinese companies’ outbound investment. She later clerked for a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., assisting in matters involving payment laws and banking regulations.
Vivian was also an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, where she investigated, under supervision of SEC attorneys, possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by China-based U.S. holding companies.
