Andrew Hepworth

Andrew T. Hepworth is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department, practicing in Cozen O’Connor’s Dallas office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and the defense of companies, individuals and corporate clients from a variety of claims based in transportation, premises liability, personal injury, dram shop liability, construction defect, wrongful death, and property damage in both state and federal courts.

As a litigator, Andrew has proven effective in mediations, hearings, taking/defending fact and expert depositions, and evaluating and investigating pre-suit claims, always keeping his client’s objectives at the forefront of his advocacy. His experience broadens beyond the courtroom as an adviser to companies whose employees or corporate practices are the subject of investigations conducted by state and federal regulatory agencies.

In this capacity, he regularly counsels clients on their business activities and daily practices. Andrew earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University.
