Andrew Kutas focuses his practice on complex patent litigation with an emphasis in the mechanical and electrical arts. He has litigated patent infringement cases in federal district courts and the International Trade Commission, representing both patent owners and challengers.
A registered patent attorney, Andrew has also taken part in inter partes review, patent prosecution, and reexamination proceedings. Additionally, he has experience with intellectual property due diligence, pre-suit investigation, and preparing opinions related to infringement and invalidity.
Andrew’s technical knowledge spans a variety of fields, such as marine electronics, tire and engine technology, medical and dental devices, and cosmetics hardware.
