Annie H. Lee is counsel in the firm’s Regulatory Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on advertising and marketing law. She assists clients of various types with the development and execution of advertising and marketing materials in all media.
She advises clients on developments in consumer protection laws and guidelines, and performs compliance reviews for companies involved in social media marketing, negative option marketing, telemarketing, direct mail solicitations, email marketing, and other marketing strategies.
Annie’s practice includes the drafting of marketing agreements, terms and conditions for promotional offers, company procedures, and various other materials relating to advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Annie has represented a wide variety of clients, including consumer product companies, credit card companies, national hotel chains, food manufacturers, payment processors, dietary supplement companies, trade and professional associations, and publishing companies.
