As a member of Baron & Budd’s Pharmaceutical Litigation Group, Brittany Clark works closely with clients suffering from serious health problems after using various pharmaceuticals, such as Risperdal, Lipitor, Testosterone therapy drugs, Zoloft, GranuFlo, transvaginal mesh and several others.
Ms. Clark remains at the forefront of the firm’s growing pharmaceutical litigation practice, often spearheading investigation into new drugs or devices that may be causing serious physical harm to patients –and most importantly, what Baron & Budd can do to help these people.
Prior to her work at Baron & Budd, Ms. Clark represented ten of thousands of patients suffering from harmful pharmaceutical products against numerous multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical corporations. She worked closely with countless clients and their families throughout the litigation process to fully understand each client’s needs, as well as fulfill the legal needs of each client’s case.
Ms. Clark graduated cum laude with her J.D. from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in Houston. She also holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Baylor University.
