Christina S. Chen represents a wide range of employers, from high-tech firms to sole proprietors, in a range of litigation disputes related to claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, collective bargaining agreements, wrongful death, elder abuse, wage theft, copyright and trademark, contract disputes and general business issues.
In July 2015, Christina served as second chair in a Federal jury trial successfully defending against claims including Trademark and Copyright infringement, where the jury returned a complete defense verdict.
In November 2016, Christina served as second chair in a Federal jury trial winning a $12.2 Million jury verdict for breach of contract claims and tortious interference claims.
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Christina was an associate at a nationwide law firm. She served as second chair in arbitration proceedings defending against claims including real estate transactions, real estate disclosures, landlord-tenant issues and other general litigation matters.
She also served as a post bar fellow in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where she served as second chair in the high-profile case of People v. Ross Mirkarimi, among others.
While in law school, Christina served as a summer law clerk in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, as well as a judicial extern for the California Supreme Court in the chambers of Chief Justice Ronald George (ret.).
