He has a rich experience in litigating a wide range of complex commercial matters both at the trial and appellate level in California and throughout the US. He has expertise in claims involving California’s Unfair Competition and False Advertising Laws, the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, the Lanham Act, and the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005.
He has handled litigation and counseling matters while working for companies in various industries such as the automotive, consumer products, entertainment, financial services, food and beverage, social media, technology, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, retail, and utility.
He has secured admission to practice law before all state and federal courts in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
He completed B.S.F.S., International Politics from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 1996. He later attended the University of Virginia School of Law to obtain his JD in law in 2001.
He joined the law firm, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in 2001 and is continuing with them for more than 17 years. He also started serving as a board member of Good Shepherd Shelter in 2010.
