Jay Volquardsen obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 1997 and later obtained his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2000.
Focusing his practice in criminal law, Jay has vast expertise in felony and misdemeanor DUI and other vehicular offenses.
Earlier in his law career, he worked in creditor and debtor representation including bankruptcy law but found criminal defense work to be his true passion and has been defending individuals and businesses exclusively in criminal matters for the last ten years.
Jay obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in Project Management (1997). After working in the construction and engineering fields in Los Angeles, California, Jay returned to Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, clerked for the Arizona State Court of Appeals Staff Attorneys Office (Division One) and received his Juris Doctor in 2000.
Jay was honored in 2015 to receive the “10 Best Award Based on Client Satisfaction” from the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys as well as the “Nation’s Top One Percent” from the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
