Jim Franklin

For years, Jim Franklin has successfully tried and settled injured victim cases ranging from car crashes to the families of persons wrongfully killed. Jim is licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma.

His largest Texas victim personal injury jury trial verdict was after a six-week trial, and the jury unanimously awarded Jim’s clients $10.5 Million. Jim is also an accomplished appellate attorney, and several of his winning appeals have been recently used to train other Texas lawyers.

Jim graduated college from the University of Oklahoma, (Main Campus – Norman, OK), and obtained his law degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Jim is married to Brenda. Brenda is a school teacher with a Master’s degree as a reading specialist from the University of Oklahoma, a certified reading specialist and a certified Title 1 educator. The couple has been blessed with a son Christian, and a daughter Kaitlin, who are both attending school in Oklahoma. Kaitlin graduated from Oklahoma Christian University and is currently attending Oklahoma City University School of Law. Christian is in his senior year at Oklahoma Christian University, then headed to law school.
