Kevin S. Adaniya

Since 1996, Kevin Adaniya has dedicated himself to helping individuals and families in Hawaii (mostly on Oahu) with their family law issues. He has expertise in the entire gamut of family law cases including divorce, post-divorce, paternity, child custody, visitation/time sharing, child support, guardianship of children, adoption, TRO, and CPS/DHS cases.

In 2016, he was selected by The National Academy of Family Law Attorneys as one of the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys in Hawaii. Mr. Adaniya is committed to resolving his client’s cases without having to fight it out in court. He has extensive skills and experience in dispute resolution in Family Court cases.

He was a Facilitator of Ohana Conferences in child protective proceedings, he is a court-appointed Volunteer Settlement Master in contested divorce cases, and he completed the Accelerated Divorce Mediation Training through the Mediation Center of the Pacific where he is a volunteer mediator.
