Lauren McMillan began her career in 2011 as an Immigration Paralegal and joined the Dickinson Wright Immigration Group in 2013, where she continues to focus on a diverse range of Employment- and Family-based petitions/applications for temporary and permanent status in the U.S.
Dickinson Wright recently moved its Oakland County, Michigan office to Troy in 2011. Since then, Dickinson Wright has been a mainstay in the community of Troy and its surrounding areas. Our office is home to over 70 attorneys who practice in a range of legal areas including automotive, banking & financial services, behavioral healthcare, commercial & business litigation, corporate, employee benefits, healthcare, intellectual property, real estate, and more.
Our attorneys find importance in taking an active role in the community where we do business. It is not enough for us to be active participants in the business community; we want to be active participants in the whole community. Our attorneys in Troy are volunteering or serving in a leadership role in local community organizations, including: Angel’s Place, Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Michigan, Common Ground, Detroit Historical Society, Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit, Oakland Family Services, The Community House, and much more.
Our Troy attorneys are sought after experts by the media with mentions in the Detroit News, Legal News, Michigan Lawyers Weekly, and others. They are also published in trade and scholarly publications and serve as guest speakers at numerous seminars/conferences in Troy and across the country.
