
Matthew A. Clabots is an attorney in the Labor & Employment department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office. Mr. Clabots represents employers and insurance companies with regard to health care and disability plans. Mr. Clabots has significant experience handling complex employment litigation and class action defense cases.
He has also handled plaintiff’s disability cases, representing clients in front of Administrative Law Judges at Social Security Disability Hearings. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Clabots was a legal intern for the Honorable N. Patrick Crooks at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and a legal intern for Judge William Griesbach at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
